We understand that this must have been a frustrating time for you hence the phone call that you received apologising and updating you on the situation. However it was instructed by the council and we have no legislation to overrule there authoritative directions. We would also like to apologise if you haven’t received your full funds back.   Absolute fraudsters. After putting down 650.00 for a rental property £150 of it admin fee. They called me back a week later and said the council had suspended renovations while the property is inspected over planning regs. After waiting another week I asked for a refund as they stated the renovations will take months. I have never received my £150.00 back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! They are estate agents therefore have no legislation and will not give your money back.
